Providencia Costa Rica coffee is full bodied with a rich bouquet and a snappy acidity. This is a special estate coffee from a micro climate next to the famous Dota Valley in the Tarrazzu region of Costa Rica. There are a total of 35 farms that produce this estate coffee surrounded by tall peaks and a cloud forest. Coffee is the life blood in this little village with two telephones. The coffee is milled with sparkling mountain water which flows next to the small patio that this special coffee is dried on. A total of 2000 bags are produced by this village and we were able to aquire some of this Costa Rican award winning coffee. 12 oz.
