This outstanding Colombian comes to us from the Colombian Coffee Club and the Bayter brothers and their mom Marta. Coffee began in 1995 on this farm along with avocado production.
Black Condor is from Vereda Colombia. The northern region of Huila at the farm of Nelson Martinez in conjunction with the Bayter brothers at 1700 meters in elevation.
This coffee is meticulously washed and then fermented for 12 to 24 hours and then dried in the sun on patios for 10 to 15 days.
